The Challenge

Watercolorist DAVID DRUMMOND needed a new website to bring his brand into the present day using the latest technology, and one that would be easy for him and his wife to update on a periodic basis. They also needed to implement an e-commerce system to sell his original paintings online.

The Solution

We created a clean, well-organized look for David’s new site, one that allows him to showcase his latest work, promote upcoming workshops, and sell his paintings online. The e-commerce system is fully integrated into the content management system (CMS), and works behind the scenes to track inventory, process orders and keep David and his wife Priscilla informed the minute sales occur.

The new website’s also “responsive” – meaning it will adapt and re-size itself based on the size of the device that it’s being viewed on: desktop, tablet, mobile – flexibility is key!

The implementation of the CMS along with customized e-commerce additions has allowed him to update his site on his own schedule without having to pay someone for every little change. When he needs more complicated updates, he calls us. This allows him to spend his days doing what he does best: painting!
